Job Description

1. Ownership of complete Area and look after business development in the assigned area/region 2. Fostering strong relationships with network and influencer to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. 3. Achieve defined targets in terms of revenues and volumes in the assigned area 4. Acquiring new customers and retention of the old customers and placing their orders 5. Conduct market research leading to decisions on product development. Analyze and submit market feedbacks in terms of product and price 6. Develop and implement effective merchandising and advertising programs with support of marketing team. 7. Building a strong market presence by implementing marketing activities 8. Tapping and developing an un-presence market 9. Monitoring competition by gathering current information related to pricing, products, new product and merchandising techniques 10. Providing support to dealers by resolving issues related to delivery delays or breakage by investigating problems.
