Job description Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Install and configure medical equipment at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair faulty equipment. Provide training and technical support to healthcare professionals. Maintain service records and reports for compliance and audits. Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with the procurement team. Follow industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated with new technology and attend training sessions. Support the sales team with after-sales service and technical queries. Customer Support & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service. Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution. Share technical product information with customers. Assist in organizing business meetings, seminars, and workshops. Maintain customer records, including contacts, purchases, and service history. Collect customer feedback and prepare reports to improve service. Address customer concerns and suggest solutions to enhance experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred candidate profile Any Diploma or BE/Preferably Biomedical engineer Fresher or experience in medical equipment service field Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs Perks and benefits PF ESI Insurance
