Test ArchitectLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 10+ YearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Test Architect with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in designing test strategies for complex distributed systems The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of frontend and backend technologies, experience working with MTBF metrics, failure detection, and the ability to lead the QA strategy for a next-gen country portal integrating remittance services and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) capabilities Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end testing strategies across web (frontend), APIs (backend), and system-level integrations Build and maintain test frameworks for automated, regression, and performance testing Define KPIs such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), and reliability benchmarks Drive root cause analysis (RCA) processes for complex, production-grade failures Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high product quality across the SDLC Plan and implement testing for mission-critical components like payment gateways, cryptocurrency integrations, remittance flows, and security modules Define test data strategy and environments that simulate real-world remittance and crypto transaction scenarios Provide guidance to QA engineers, review test code, and ensure adherence to automation and CI/CD best practices Bring insights from production monitoring, logs, and telemetry into the test lifecycle Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Architect or QA Lead role Strong understanding of backend systems (e g, microservices, REST APIs, databases) and frontend technologies (eg, React, Angular) Proficient in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc ) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc) Deep understanding of system reliability metrics: MTBF, MTTR, failure prediction, and failure impact analysis Familiar with tools like JMeter, Postman, New Relic, Grafana, or similar for load and observability testing Experience in domains involving payments, remittance systems, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) Knowledge of secure transactions, compliance requirements, and encryption techniques Good to Have: Exposure to blockchain platforms, smart contracts, or crypto wallet testing Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing frameworks Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure DevOps pipelines and test orchestration in the cloud Prior work with financial regulators test cases, digital ID/KYC/AML validations
