Job Description

Attend comprehensive Process Lab training and diligently carry out day-to-day tasks Consistently follow documented policies, procedures and guidelines as defined by your line manager Contribute to the documentation of processes and systems for future reference Read and understand 3rd party test methodologies at a granular level so as to be able to replicate the tests within the lab with appropriate tools Skills & Experience: Ability to communicate in the English language Comfort with the Windows operating system using both the command line (DOS and Batch commands) and GUI Working knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP(S) and FTP, and the use of the associated common command line and GUI tools, including wget, FTP clients and browsers Basic knowledge of databases and SQL Basic knowledge of malware and computer security products Basic knowledge of virtualization environments Desired: Comfort with Unix/Linux operating systems and standard shell commands Knowledge of various network protocols Competencies Required: (Skill , knowledge and personal traits required) Additional Professional Characteristics Required: (Educational qualification, professional training , certification required for the post) Soft Skills & Behaviours: High standards of personal integrity Ability to read and understand documentation Demonstrable desire and aptitude to learn Ability to consistently execute tasks with precision, quality and within a defined time frame Good communication and team working ability
