The Test Engineer Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective testing strategies and leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a relevant field. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure comprehensive coverage of product features. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
