Test Engineer Trainee

Job Description

Responsibilities Job Description: Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Report bugs and errors to development teams. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Review and analyze system specifications. Write test automation code according to specifications. Ensure that all test-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of Java and selenium programming. Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a passion for quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated testing tools.
