Lead QA Engineer Exp: 9 to 15 yrs Location: Bangalore Project context We need a very strong QA Engineer[Individual Contributor] with 9.5-12 years of experience, who should be able to quickly ramp-up with minimal guidance, good in API testing concepts and required tools. Goals and deliverables •Develop and maintain test documentation, traceability, including test plans, test cases for the assigned task/stories in Test Management Tool (Octane). •Actively participate in Sprint ceremonies and effective collaborate with team on the daily activities, highlight risks, mitigation plan, contribute towards smooth QA delivery. •Design, develop, maintain & execute automated test scripts to cover functional flows using backend APIs. •Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes as part of the Release sign-off process. •Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. •Report and track functional issues using bug tracking tool. •Ensure compliance with industry standards, QA best process and practices for software testing (Manual & Automation). Spread it among the QA community as well. •Provide mentoring, support to newcomers and peers depending on the experience. •Drive QA initiatives depending on the experience. Show more Show less
