Test Prep Counselor Company: Texas Review Website: www.texasreview.in Job Summary: The Overseas Admission Consultant will assist international students in their educational journey by guiding them through university selection, admissions, and visa processes, along with financial aid and scholarship opportunities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals abroad. Key Responsibilities: Job description Roles and Responsibilities Calling the students and explaining to them about the programs and courses offered by the Company. Regular Follow up with Students/Parents for driving walk- ins to the Academy. Providing information to students or parents about various courses and career options. Ensuring all the follow ups and details are updated in CRM Preparing student or parent data and providing information over the phone Responsible for the achievement of Monthly Walk- in target Maintain and manage the application database at all times and keep them updated. To provide all the required administrative support to all the departments at all times and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same. Undertaking project work as decided by the office manager, senior heads or the director of Indian operations and attending the university training & workshops. To adhere to Data Protection principles, maintain confidentiality at all times, and ensure that student information is shared with external sources. Note: This Role does not include any Sales, But Abroad education counsellors have to ensure that the desired number of Walkins are generated monthly. Student Guidance: Provide in-depth consultation on international education opportunities. Admission Process: Assist with the completion of admission applications for foreign universities. University Selection: Suggest universities based on students' academic records, preferences, and career goals. Visa and Immigration Support: Guide students through visa applications and immigration procedures. Financial Aid & Scholarships: Help students identify and apply for scholarships or financial aid programs. CRM Management: Efficiently manage student data and communication through CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelors degree or relevant qualification. Experience: Freshers encouraged to apply. 17 years of experience in education counselling or international admissions is preferred. Language: Strong proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Skills: Patience and empathy for student needs. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with international education systems and university admissions. Additional Details: Job Type: Full-Time, Regular/Permanent.
