Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead End-to-End (E2E) Testing for telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in Telecom Domain . Experience in BSS/OSS systems, Networking Protocols , and Telecom Architectures . Hands-on experience leading teams of 20+ members across multiple engagements . Expertise in Test Strategy, Automation, and KPI Reporting . Key Responsibilities Manage TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) for assigned projects. Lead E2E test execution across BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network components. Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans , and Automation Frameworks . Drive Test Automation Initiatives using tools like Selenium, UFT, Tosca, AccelQ . Collaborate with stakeholders for Sprint Planning, Risk Mitigation , and Test Execution . Define KPIs, Success Metrics , and Test Reports . Manage team performance and drive continuous improvements . Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders. Skills Required 5+ years of experience managing 20+ member teams . Strong knowledge of Telecom Testing (BSS/OSS). Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools (Selenium, UFT, Tosca, AccelQ). Experience with ALM Tools (Jira, Microfocus, Test Rail). Expertise in Agile, DevOps, TDD, BDD methodologies . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to define KPIs, Success Metrics , and optimize test processes. Good to Have Certifications like ISTQB or TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID) . Knowledge of Open-Source Tools and Frameworks .
