Tester & Data Labeler Job Description for ML / GenAI A Tester with GenAI/ML skills will be responsible for end-to-end testing validate the performance, accuracy, and robustness of generative AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML testing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders The Data Labeler will be responsible for accurately labeling and annotating data, which is critical for training and validating machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality Principal responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for generative AI models, including defining test cases, scenarios, and metrics. Perform manual and automated testing of generative AI models to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements. Validate the input data and generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Assess the performance of generative AI models under various conditions and workloads. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve testing processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., pytest, Selenium). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in complex AI models. Work closely with AI/GenAI/ML engineers, and other team members to understand labeling requirements and provide feedback on guidelines and processes. Data Labeler Accurately label and annotate various types of data, including text, images, audio, and video, according to predefined guidelines and specifications. Review and verify the accuracy of labeled data to ensure it meets quality standards. Utilize labeling tools and software to perform annotation tasks efficiently. Incorporate feedback from quality assurance reviews to improve labeling accuracy and consistency. Maintain detailed records of labeling activities and any issues encountered during the process.
