Key Responsibilities: Transform text-based content into visually engaging designs (e.g., infographics, illustrations, digital images) that align with brand guidelines and messaging. Create high-quality graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, website banners, presentations, email campaigns, and more. Collaborate closely with content creators, marketers, and other teams to understand project goals, design requirements, and audience needs. Use digital design tools such as Canva, Gama, and others to craft innovative, attention-grabbing designs. Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring designs are aligned with the companys identity and tone. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to iterate on design concepts, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions. Stay on top of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and cutting-edge. Ensure all visual content is optimized for different digital formats and platforms (responsive design). Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in digital content creation (including infographics, illustrations, and other visual content). Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Gama, Adobe Creative Suite, or other industry-standard graphic design software. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to take complex ideas and simplify them into visually appealing, clear, and impactful designs. Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A passion for design and an eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
