Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution while ensuring operational efficiency. Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot project roadblocks and implement effective solutions. Monitor and report project performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on project progress. Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and operational efficiencies. Conduct post-project evaluations to enhance future performance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience in project and operations management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred). Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT industry.
