Employ a variety of instructional techniques and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Curriculum Development : Develop and update the mathematics curriculum in alignment with educational standards. Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments. Assessment and Evaluation : Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents. Classroom Management : Establish and maintain a conducive and disciplined classroom environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies. Parental Communication : Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Collaborate with parents to support student learning and development. Professional Development : Stay updated on the latest developments in mathematics education. Participate in professional development activities and workshops. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods. Participate in department meetings and school committees. Extracurricular Activities : Encourage and support students' participation in math-related extracurricular activities. Organize or assist in organizing math-related events or competitions.
