Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the THs objectives. Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners, assessing their suitability and alignment with our business goals. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Deal Origination and Structuring: Proactively source and evaluate partnership opportunities, including joint ventures, co-investments, and strategic alliances. Collaborate with internal teams to structure and negotiate partnership agreements that optimize value for all parties involved. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough due diligence assessments on potential partners, evaluating their financial stability, reputation, and alignment with regulatory requirements. Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the investment bank. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including investment banking, corporate finance, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure alignment and coordination in partnership initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute partnership agreements seamlessly. Market Intelligence and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the investment banking sector. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership activities, such as deal flow, revenue generation, and client acquisition. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic partnership roles within the financial services industry. Proven track record in deal origination, negotiation, and structuring complex partnerships. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
