Ensure accuracy in billing and proper documentation. 2. Collections Follow-ups: Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments. Follow up with clients/customers via calls, emails, and reminders to ensure timely collections. Address payment discrepancies and resolve disputes. 3.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
