Position: Head of Marketing Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Chennai Mode: Work from Office About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand's marketing initiatives, driving growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning. This leadership role is crucial in shaping The Indus Valley's presence in the market by developing innovative campaigns, strengthening our brand identity, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Brand Management Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Define and maintain brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives. Marketing Campaign Development & Execution Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, influencer partnerships, PR, and offline channels. Develop data-driven strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and messaging. Content & Social Media Management Drive content strategy to create engaging and impactful materials for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing collateral. Develop a robust content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery. Monitor social media trends and guide the team to create innovative campaigns that enhance brand engagement. Public Relations & Media Outreach Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage. Develop compelling PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and credibility. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking • Establish KPIs to measure marketing success and track campaign performance. • Use insights from data analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI. Develop regular reports to share insights, trends, and progress with leadership. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and empower the marketing team to excel in their roles. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Key Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge: Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media strategies. Experience in public relations and media outreach is a plus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing procurement strategies and ensuring efficient, cost-effective sourcing. We're looking for a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and experience in procurement to support our procurement team in achieving company objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Support Strategic Procurement:Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies that align with company goals.Identify cost-saving, sourcing opportunities and support process efficiencies under the guidance of the Head of Procurement.2. Supplier Relationships:Help build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Support negotiations to secure favorable contracts and maintain high supplier performance.3. Operational Support:Participate in the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with processes and policies.Assist in the implementation and management of procurement tools and systems.4.
