Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, lead follow-up.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and work with tech team to tailor AI solutions to their specific needs.Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS AI offerings.Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on AI solutions and best practices. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.Maintain accurate records within internal system.Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS AI solutions and services.Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market insights.Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with product, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Build and execute quarterly sales plan to maximise outcomesPreferred candidate profile Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a SaaS environment for a manufacturing vertical.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience selling AI solutions or related technology is highly preferred.Previous experience to build and execute sales plans in manufacturing verticalSkills: Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
