Job Title: Three.js Developer - 3D Interior Visualization Location: Remote / Onsite (Specify Location) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Three.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing immersive, interactive 3D environments for architectural and interior design applications. You will work closely with designers, architects, and engineers to create high-quality, real-time visualizations that enhance user experience and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize 3D interior visualization applications using Three.js/WebGL . Implement real-time rendering techniques for photorealistic visuals. Load and manage 3D models (GLTF, OBJ, FBX) and textures efficiently. Integrate lighting, shadows, reflections, and materials for enhanced realism. Develop interactive features such as object selection, camera controls, and animations. Optimize performance for smooth rendering on different devices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, and backend developers to integrate 3D scenes into web applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues related to graphics performance and rendering . Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Three.js and WebGL . Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript . Experience in handling 3D assets, shaders, textures, and PBR materials . Knowledge of 3D modeling tools like Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya. Experience with physics engines (Cannon.js, Ammo.js) is a plus. Familiarity with React, Next.js, or Vue.js is advantageous. Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web-based 3D applications. Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
