Position: Thumbnail Designer Department: Media/Creative Design Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging thumbnails that attract viewers and effectively convey educational content. This role requires a strong sense of visual design, creativity, and an understanding of audience engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling and visually appealing thumbnails for educational videos, courses, and promotional content. Develop creative concepts that align with the EdTech platform's branding and target audience. Use color schemes, typography, and imagery effectively to enhance visual impact. Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to align thumbnail designs with content themes. Research trends, competitor designs, and audience preferences to improve thumbnail performance. Ensure consistency in style, quality, and branding across all thumbnail designs. Manage and organize design files for easy access and revision. Optimize thumbnail designs to boost click-through rates (CTR) and audience engagement. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of effective design elements. Ability to create bold, clear, and attention-grabbing designs. Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends to create engaging visual content. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Certifications in graphic design or digital media are advantageous. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a content-driven or EdTech environment.
