We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager from the Food & Beverage IndustryResponsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the F&B industry.Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the hiring process.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.Onboarding & Training:Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to the F&B sector.Coordinate and deliver training sessions to foster employee development and compliance with industry standards.Ensure that new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and operational protocols.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, promoting a positive work environment.Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Compliance & Policy Management:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Performance Management:Lead performance review processes, including the development and implementation of performance metrics tailored to F&B operations.Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:Oversee payroll management of all employeesAdminister and manage compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness within the F&B market.Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the Food & Beverage industry.Work Experience Required : - 3 yearsQualification : - MBA in HR
