Job Description: Fashion Consultant As a fashion consultant in our B2B division, you will play a crucial role in assisting businesses in aligning their visual identity with the latest fashion trends and creating a powerful brand presence in the competitive market. You will be helping companies create a visually appealing and brand-aligned wardrobe and contribute to enhancing their overall brand image and customer perception. You will provide expert advice on selecting appropriate clothing, accessories, and uniforms that align with each business's unique brand identity and industry standards. Objectives of this roleCollaborating with businesses to understand their brand identity, target market and fashion requirements.Providing expert advice on incorporating fashion trends and styles that align with the businesses' visual identity and target audience.Conducting fashion assessments and audits of the brands existing apparel and accessories to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.Creating customised fashion strategies and recommendations for businesses to enhance their brand image and attract their desired clientele.Assisting companies in developing a cohesive and visually appealing corporate dress code or uniform policy.Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees to educate them on professional attire, grooming standards, and brand representation.Your tasksCollaborate with businesses to assess their fashion needs and understand their brand image goals.Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, industry best practices and competitors to provide insightful fashion recommendations.Analyse businesses' current fashion choices and identify opportunities for improvement and brand alignment.Create detailed fashion proposals, including visual examples, to present to clients and obtain buy-in for proposed fashion strategies.Source and recommend clothing suppliers, designers or manufacturers that meet the businesses' quality, budget and style requirements.Assist with coordinating and implementing any necessary fashion-related initiatives, such as rebranding projects or employee uniform programs.Staying up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, industry events and fashion influencers relevant to clients' target market.Required skills and qualificationsBachelors degree in fashion merchandising, marketing or a related field.Proven experience in fashion consulting or styling for B2B clients.Extensive knowledge of fashion trends, industry standards, and brand representation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with B2B clients.Strong analytical abilities to assess clients' fashion needs and provide tailored recommendations.Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique fashion strategies that align with brand identities.Understanding of corporate dress codes, uniform policies, and professional attire.Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse fashion requirements of B2B clients.Preferred skills and qualificationsCertification or additional training in fashion consulting or corporate styling.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working with businesses in diverse industries, such as hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors.Familiarity with fashion industry software and tools for trend forecasting and visual presentations.Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and eco-friendly clothing options.Note: Only female candidates. JD for Billing Executive1. Invoice all customer purchases and collect payment. 2. Raise advance bill for out-of-stock orders3. Summarize the daily sale into Cash / CCard / UPI / Account Transfer and tally the collection against Sale / Advance / Alteration 4. Submit the above with all Bills / charge slips / Cash to Accounts Kalai for her verification before the above is deposited in bank5. Make a denomination slip for daily cash collection.6. Make the daily sale report as given in the annexure A 7. No cash to be given for any operational expenses.8.Always maintain the safety-cash in right denomination to manage cash sale and give balance to customers & reconcile this. 9. Conduct 1 designer full audit per day as per the shoppers stock statement and maintain a register of the audit and observations. Escalate and reconcile shortage/pilferage.10. Randomly check the designer tag and TIFARA price tag matching11. Maintain the outward courier register and track receipts at the destination and reconfirm with customers/designers. Maintain email correspondence. 12. Coordinate with Kalai for outward slip + e-way bill and courier the same to the respective designer along the documents. 13. Update the sale / return details in the inward document against the respective garment designer-wise, which would be a reference point for sale / stock reconciliations. 14. Understand Shopper software and generate various reports as sought by Merchandiser / Accounts for Sales Analytics. 15. The above will be revised after 3 months.
