Newly opened outlet in HSR next to Zudio. Big sprawling space with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is an enclosed room for meeting or working. Ambience is great and the place is well lit. We ordered the cafe latte , signature cold frappe, spicy cottage cheese sandwich. All were good.

I ordered coffee, cookie and a croissant. The coffee and cookie were good, but the croissant had a funky taste. I informed the staff and they kindly replaced it, but the second one had the same issue. Appreciate the service, but the croissant could be improved.

The atmosphere is great. But service was bit disappointing with such a brand name. The coffee ordered was okayish. And brownie didn't like it. And for the price it feels overly priced. Ambiance is great though.

Frozen french vanilla has good taste but lots of ice bits are left in the drink. You end up chewing the ice. Ordered the bagel with tomato and what not. Was extremely basic and cold. Didn't like it one bit. Food was not good or worth the price.
