Job Title: Senior Manager Tipwood Location: PAN India Company: Tipwood Position Type: Full-time About Tipwood: Tipwood is an eco-friendly, renewable, natural fibre composite. It is a 100% replacement to Wood used for all building and construction needs.Widely used by builders, architects, interior designers and landscapers in India and abroad for more than 10 years. Its durability, sustainability and low carbon footprint, makes each project future–ready.We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth in the market. Role Overview: Senior Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding Tipwood’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to architects, interior designers, and builders. This role will also require managing existing dealers and distributors, as well as recruiting new ones to expand our distribution network. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Generate and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert advice on products and solutions. Dealer/Distributor Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with current dealers and distributors to ensure smooth operations and sales growth. Recruit and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s distribution network. Market Expansion: Identify market trends and customer needs within the building materials industry, specifically in Tiles, MDF, Decorative Panels, and Paint, to develop effective sales strategies. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Be a subject matter expert on Tipwood products, providing training and product demonstrations to clients and dealers. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing regular reports and market insights to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in business objectives and growth strategies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales in the building materials industry (Tiles, MDF, Decorative Panels, Paint, or related fields). Expertise in selling to architects, interior designers, and builders. Strong experience in managing dealer/distributor networks and expanding distribution channels. Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of building material products to various stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and dealers. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.Salary: 10 Laks to 18 Laks PAExperience : 12 Years And Above
