Job Summary The T&M DBA Product Manager will be responsible for planning, driving and execution of the Ebiz/Database Road map along with keeping all stakeholders informed and in sync. Position will be directly working with the Business to ensure the technical roadmap is aligned with business roadmap. This role will require collaboration with different teams within the Enterprise, ensuring their engagement and alignment to support the road map. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Defining, updating and driving Roadmap for Oracle DBA Team Balance between Business and Technical requirements Working with Azure DevOps/ ServiceNow to manage/prioritize backlog for the team Driving continuous collaboration between Business/IT and DBA group Managing reporting and communication to senior management Responsible for managing work/project intake Driving Main projects and coordinate with various IT Teams Driving breakdown/decomposition of work Coordinating with other TM Product Managers and Participate in quarterly alignment conversations Presenting DBA teams scope to other IT Groups Understanding and documenting dependencies coming in from IT groups Planning major maintenances(Quarterly Releases) and work closely with IT Release Management Participating/Driving weekly work planning for technical team Participating in major issue coordination Participating in maintenance activities coordination (weekends as well) Customer facing and ability to clearly explain technical matters. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum Experience of 8+ Years. Understanding of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle 19c databases (Backups, DR, Patching, Upgardes etc) Understanding of Infrastructure hosting Oracle / MSSQL / Database / Application systems High level understanding of Microsoft SQL Database platform Project Management / Program Management skills and experience Good analytical skills to understand various requirements Good communication and coordination skills Flexibility to work with peers from multiple time zones Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Background with Oracle EBS/Oracle database as DBA/Developer Good understanding of infrastructure components (Compute, Storage, Network, Cloud - especially OCI) Generic Oracle knowledge, OCI certifications Good understanding of IT Security Principals Understanding Oracle licensing models Experience with Microsoft SQL Database platform .
