Job Title: Tool & Die Maker | Injection Mould Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker with expertise in mould assembly, and precision machining . The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining, and troubleshooting moulds, used in various manufacturing applications, including plastic injection mould. Key Responsibilities: Manufacture : Read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings to develop new moulds, Machining Operations : EDM, surface grinders, lathes, DRO milling machines, and other shop equipment. Quality Assurance : Conduct dimensional accuracy checks to ensure precision standards. Prototype Development : Fabricate fixture jigs and prototype components to test and improve mold efficiency. Process Optimization : Work with engineers and design teams to implement improvements and conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews . Documentation : Maintain tool history, schedules, and breakdown Team Coordination : Supervise assistant tool makers and collaborate with production teams. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/ITI in Tool & Die Making, Engineering (NTTF, GTTC, KGPT, CIPET) or equivalent certification. 0-2 years of hands-on experience in tool and die making or plastic injection molds. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret blueprints accurately. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: 12,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience).
