Experience in SAP, Service Now, expert in MS Excel Hands on experience in one or more payroll systems/software Analytical skill and ability to manage queries Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work in night shift Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll (All Pre-Payroll and Post Payroll activities) Input consolidation and validation Update/upload the data into payroll system Analyze fallouts/integration failures and fix the issues Output validation Post payroll reconciliation Publish post payroll reports Reconciles 3rd party payments Adherence to monthly SLA metrics and other prominent deliverables Partner with HR, Finance etc To complete the assigned deliverables Provides data and assists with all audits Assists with process documentation Review payroll GL file to ensure accuracy Provide required support to accounting team for payroll accounting & reconciliations.
