Key Responsibilities:User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define the structure and functionality of features.Interaction design and animations: Lottie preferably. Give a direction for the engineers to followCollaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.Iterative Design: Use data-driven design methodologies to iterate on product features, ensuring the user experience is continuously refined and improved.User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborate with UI designers to translate UX wireframes into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge of design.Advocate for the User: Champion a user-first mindset within the company, ensuring all design choices support an optimal experience for end-users.What Were Looking For:Experience: 3-8 years of experience in UX design, ideally working on productivity, health or AI based applications.Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.User-research: Can talk to users to dig out pain points and later validate the designs and the product.User-Centered Approach: Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, particularly focused on mobile apps.Problem Solving: Ability to take complex user needs and business requirements and translate them into simple, engaging user experiences.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.Collaboration: Experience working in an agile environment with product managers and development teams.Nice to Have:Familiarity with health-related behavior change or habit formation methodologies.Basic understanding of front-end development to better communicate design specifications.Knowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelines.Benefits: Be a part of a Zero to One Journey Competitive salary package as well as ESOPs Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative startup environment.
