We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 3-6 years of experience to drive the execution of high-impact projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong coding background, deep understanding of IT systems, and a problem-solving mindset. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align execution strategies. Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing effective technical solutions. Break down complex challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks. Set up monitoring protocols and design Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track progress. Continuously monitor and optimize process performance using data-driven insights. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field. 3-6 years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or software development. Strong coding background . Proficiency in at least one modern programming language is a plus. Deep understanding of IT systems, networking, and computing fundamentals. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in optimizing technical projects. High intent on getting things done, with a process-driven approach. Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
