As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for following up on claims with insurance companies and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivables. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to resolve outstanding claims. - Understand the denials, rejections, and underpayments on medical claims. - Document the actions taken on accounts clearly and concisely. - Follow up on the assigned claims and ensure resolution within the specified turnaround time. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills a must. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in night shifts. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment. - Positive attitude and team player.
