We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic MHA/MBA (Healthcare Management) 2025 graduates to join our team as Trainee Business Analysts and Trainee Implementation Consultants. These roles are ideal for freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare systems through business analysis and technology implementation. Job Responsibilities: Trainee Business Analyst: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements for healthcare IT projects. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. Create detailed functional specifications and workflows. Support project teams in developing and delivering healthcare solutions that meet client needs. Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights to stakeholders. Trainee Implementation Consultant: Participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of healthcare IT solutions. Train end-users on system functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption. Conduct system testing to identify and resolve implementation issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges. Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and performance. Document implementation processes and develop user guides or training materials. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during system deployment. Educational Qualification: MHA/MBA (Healthcare Management) - 2025 graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Interest in healthcare IT and a strong desire to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of healthcare systems, business analysis, or project management is a plus.
