Job Title: Trainee Talent Acquisition Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Overview: As a Trainee Talent Acquisition, you will support our HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and strategies, providing an opportunity to learn and grow within the field of HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates Coordinate interviews and support in the selection process Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Benefits: Hands-on training and mentorship in recruitment and HR practices Exposure to diverse recruitment strategies and tools Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
