Key Responsibility: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and role requirements. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, and campus hiring initiatives. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruitment records are up to date. • Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding selected candidates. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Qualifications: • Graduate in any field with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of technical roles and terminologies (preferred but not mandatory). • Proficiency in MS Office tools What we Offer: • Competitive compensation package.
