JD: Consult with internal stakeholders and understand the training needs. Facilitate training programs, conduct assessments, tailored to business needs, through Classroom, Instructor-led, OJT and Online training means. Plan, Organize and Conduct - Induction, Product, Process, Policy, Regulatory related - training programs Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct new or refresher training programs to up-skill, cross-skill participants Enhance productivity of participants through various training interventions. Visit branches, observe the performance of branch staff and provide feedback Participate, support and contribute for various training interventions. Prepare and publish Training calendar and adhere to it. Play the role of SME and provide the required support and assistance to Field Trainers, learners and local administrators. Maintain records, prepare and submit weekly, monthly training reports. Generate reports independently and provide insights. Support in achieving Targeted Training numbers and in Training-allied activities Skill set: At least 3-5 years experience in Assets/ Mortgage business Experience in MS Office Should have good communication and facilitation skills Should have good selling skills Looking for candidates who can join in 1 month.
