Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees on debt collection processes, negotiation skills, and compliance guidelines. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-play exercises. Ensure trainees understand regulatory requirements, including FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and local compliance laws. Provide coaching and feedback to improve collection techniques and customer interactions.
