We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IT Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves delivering high-quality technical training programs, developing engaging training materials, and facilitating knowledge transfer to both students and faculty members Responsibilities Deliver IT training sessions effectively to diverse learner groups. Design, develop, and update training content and materials. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Provide constructive feedback and support to learners throughout the training process. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives. Travel across different states as required for training delivery. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a trainer with a strong grasp of instructional techniques. Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: Python, AWS, Cloud, Azure, Salesforce, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in the ICT industry is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Show more Show less
