Qualifications & Responsibilities At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer Demonstrate excellent presentation and soft skills. Oversee the training of clinic personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Deliver new hire and refresher training sessions via video conferencing or in-person. Enhance customer experience by providing with effective soft skills and empathy training. Develop new training modules using PowerPoint, Docs and Vetic LMS software. Conduct audits and offer detailed feedback to trainees. Analyze customer feedback, develop improvement initiatives and implement them across teams through training modules. Plan and execute monthly and quarterly training schedules. Evaluate training efficacy and assess areas of improvement Job Location: Gurgaon
