Amity Institute of Training and Development (AITD) is looking for an experienced trainer/facilitator to conduct a comprehensive 2 day training program for our banking client on writing effective Business Requirement Documents (BRD). The ideal candidate will have expertise in documenting detailed business requirements, including specifications and change requests, for internal IT product development. Key Requirements: Delivering engaging and informative sessions on the structure, components, and best practices for creating BRDs. Explaining how to capture business needs, stakeholder inputs, and technical requirements. Providing hands-on exercises to develop and refine business requirements, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals. Training participants on handling change requests and managing requirement updates throughout the development lifecycle. Offering real-world examples and addressing common pitfalls in BRD documentation. The facilitator must possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT product development, and experience in the banking industry. Location: Bengaluru.
