Job Description

We are seeking a Training & Placement Executive to bridge the gap between education and employment by developing industry-focused training programs and connecting students with job opportunities. If you have a passion for career development and recruitment, this is the perfect role for you! Roles and Responsibilities *Training & Career Readiness Conduct hands-on training sessions on professional skills, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding. Organize technical and soft skills boot camps based on employer requirements. Provide one-on-one career counseling to help students identify strengths and job prospects. Develop pre-employment training programs to prepare candidates for real-world job expectations. *Campus & Corporate Engagement Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and corporate recruiters. Design and execute student engagement activities like hackathons, industry talks, and guest lectures. Liaise with HR professionals and hiring managers to understand workforce demands. Arrange exclusive placement drives and on-campus job fairs to improve student hiring rates. Industry Networking & Employer Relations Maintain a database of hiring partners, recruiters, and corporate HR teams. Develop MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding) with organizations for long-term placement tie-ups. Work closely with employers to create customized talent pipelines for job openings. Regularly update industry partners on student performance, certifications, and internship experiences. *Student Outreach & Lead Generation Visit schools and colleges to promote free career awareness programs. Organize seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions for student communities. Collect and maintain student data to track progress and interest in training programs. Follow up with students via phone, email, and social media to encourage participation. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in training, placement coordination, or recruitment. Strong public speaking, relationship management, and communication skills. Ability to build long-term partnerships with educational institutions & employers. Experience in career counseling, employability training, or HR coordination is a plus.
