Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. Develop training plans, programs, and materials based on identified needs. Deliver high-quality trainings through various methods such as classroom instruction, online courses, or on-the-job training. Manage the entire training process from planning to evaluation, ensuring timely completion of projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Training & Quality. Strong understanding of TNA, TNI, TTT, Train the Trainer, Improvement Plan, Quality Management, Critical Thinking, Needs Assessment, and Quality Assurance Methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. We Need immediate joiners only Required skills: Candidate should speak or understand Bengali language.
