Core Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps across all departments, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives and guest expectations. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs using various methods (classroom, online, on-the-job) to address identified needs. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences. Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement through training and development. Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Budget Management: Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support training initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant industry standards and legal requirements. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, assessments, and certifications. Staff Relations: Foster a positive and supportive training environment, promoting employee engagement and motivation.
