We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Nesting/On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase, ensuring the smooth transition of new hires into their roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the US Staffing business, process expertise, and strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. The candidate should also be proficient in facilitation, analytical thinking, content design and development, and possess a solid grasp of Adult Learning principles and other Learning & Development (L&D) fundamentals Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage the Nesting/OJT phase for new hires, ensuring effective onboarding and integration into the team. Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the US Staffing business. Act as a process expert, providing guidance and support to team members on best practices and process improvements. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions. Design and develop training content, materials, and resources that align with Adult Learning principles. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in L&D. Conducting monthly audits and manage reporting of the findings to the business. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Any additional certification related to L&D industry is desirable. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Training & Development, with a focus on the US Staffing business. Proven expertise in managing the Nesting/OJT phase and developing training programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Proficient in content design and development, with a solid understanding of Adult Learning principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of organizational and time management skills.
