The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.Schedule and coordinate product demos or presentations for the sales team.Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotations.Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and interactions.Follow up on leads and nurture them until they are sales-ready.Provide insights and reports on lead conversions and sales pipeline.
