You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have seamless experience with our platform. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of fintech products.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues, product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's fintech products and services to effectively address customer concerns and provide detailed information.Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support related to product features, account setup, and other fintech services.Customer Education: Educate customers on how to use our platform effectively, including navigating the website, using apps, and accessing features.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, sales, and tech teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.Feedback Collection: Capture customer feedback to help improve products and services and provide insights to the product development team.Compliance and Security: Ensure that all customer interactions follow legal and regulatory guidelines for data protection and security in the fintech industry.Qualifications:Education: Any bachelors degree Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a voice associate role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a variety of customers.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with fintech products, banking services, digital payments, or blockchain (preferred).Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately capture customer inquiries, document interactions, and follow up as necessary.Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining quality service.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in EnglishFlexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable).Skills and Competencies:Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating fintech platforms, troubleshooting digital products, and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.Empathy: Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs, building trust and rapport.Perks and benefits Shift Timings: 24*7 (Preferably US Shift)Salary: up to 50kCab Facility: Both ways
