Role Description Capgemini is seeking a Vice President level executive to driving business impact and securing the strategic goals and objectives for key clients of Capgemini Business Services. The VP-Transition , as face of Capgemini Business Services for C-level client stakeholders, is expected to represent and secure our clients brand with their customers, stakeholders, and investors (NPS, other customer experience programs). The key success factors of the role include building strong client partnerships, supporting sustainable and transformative growth and proactive orchestration of the Business Services and Group assets to maximize business impact for our clients and Capgemini Business Services. Primary Skills The specific job responsibilities of a Vice President vary depending on the client (company and industry specific), but typically includes Strategy Design & Implementation: Develop and execute transition strategies for effective transition solutions that integrates commercial acumen, best in class, technology enables transition and risk mitigated approach. Lead the design of transition solutions for large deals, integrating change management and global transformation initiatives. Execution Oversight: Oversee transition executions, ensuring all new transitions utilize advanced tools and innovations and are run within approved budgets. Manage Transition Directors and Managers, ensuring high-quality execution. Escalation point on Transition related issues Team Development: Enhance team capabilities through upskilling and education. Review and refine transition designs to align with overall transformation goals, focusing on efficiency and technological advancements. Organization: Define and execute organizational strategy for transitions. Provide global transition leadership across all practices, integrating change management and transformation initiatives into execution plans. Client Engagement: Lead presales activities with curated responses and Orals presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality transition deliverables within budget. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, identifying additional opportunities for Capgeminis services during transitions. Secondary Skills
