Our Website: https://www.axiomtechnologies.com/ Job Title: Transition Manager Location: Noida Company: Axiom Technologies Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Transition Manager is responsible for planning and executing the seamless transition of new or modified services into Axiom Technologies’ operational environment. This role ensures that all aspects of service transition are effectively managed, including knowledge transfer, documentation, stakeholder communication, and change control, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end transition of services, projects, or client operations into Axiom Technologies. Develop and manage transition plans including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal departments (HR, IT, Service Delivery, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment during the transition lifecycle. Conduct detailed due diligence and impact analysis on existing and new processes. Ensure smooth handover from project teams to operational support. Oversee knowledge transfer processes and documentation from clients or previous service providers. Track progress against defined milestones and escalate risks/issues where necessary. Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures for transition monitoring. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for future transitions. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in service transition, project management, or a similar role within IT services or consulting. Proven experience managing transitions in a global delivery environment. Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Service Management principles. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transitions simultaneously. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation platforms.
