Position : Transmission Head Engineering Exp : 10+ years Location : Gurgaon Job Summary: - Design and development of transmission components. - Thorough understanding of transmission systems, with expertise in gears (Helical, Spur, bevel) gear design, and assembly processes. - Extensive knowledge of gear characteristics, measurements, interpretation, and tolerancing. - Proficient in gear measurement and capable of overseeing gear design and development to prototyping, build, and validation. - Proficient in DFMEA, DVP&R, prototype building, and validation processes. - Capable of managing the complete design process of transmissions from inception. - Ability to engage with customers, comprehend their technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. - Skilled in managing customer relationships, understanding their technical needs, and providing effective technical solutions.
