This role involves scheduling, overseeing service quality, managing relationships with cab providers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Having experience in SAP, MoveIn Sync application along working in corporate transport 2. Ensuring with all the Supervisor & Vehicle drivers on time reporting to 1st Pick up point. 3. Addressing mails and login reports or concerns raised by associate and helpdesk complaints 4. Prepare MIS report.- Approval of taxi trips in online tool 5. Co-ordinate with stake holder and close the requirements. 6. Supporting to internal Audit in RBEI 7. Monitoring Command center and CC 8. Ensure accuracy of the data, analyses the transport costing and highlight the management accordingly 9. Ensure proper deductions and penalties are reviewed periodically & action taken accordingly 10. Connecting with vendors and Purchase team ensure the payments are cleared on time.
