Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and executives, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation. Ensure all travel bookings are made within company policy and budget guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related queries and support. Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners to secure competitive rates and optimal travel arrangements. Manage travel itineraries and ensure timely communication with travelers. Collect, verify, and reconcile travel expenses and vendor invoices. Collaborate with the Finance/Accounts team for timely processing of reimbursements and payments. Maintain accurate records of bookings, travel expenses, invoices, and receipts. Support the administration team with vendor management, documentation, and other operational tasks as needed. Prepare periodic reports on travel spend and reconciliation status. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field. 24 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or administrative support roles. Proficiency with online travel portals, booking tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in expense and billing processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
