Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Associate located in Navi Mumbai. The Travel Associate will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, providing customer service, booking accommodations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. The role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to meet travel needs efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Should have good experience with Global Distribution System (GDS)- Amadeus, Saber, Galileo Deep knowledge in schedule change, complex itineraries, issuance, reissuance exchanges, manual calculation. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in travel industry is a plus.
