"We’re now hiring Travel Consultant/ Sr Travel Consultant to join our growing Sales Team in Gurugram for Short Haul Destination (Maldives and Vietnam)" Role Description As a Travel Consultant at 30 Sundays, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. Your primary duties will include: Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences. Destination Knowledge is must (Maldives and Vietnam) Curating bespoke itineraries and recommending the best destinations, accommodations, and activities. Addressing customer enquiries through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service. Assisting with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements. Staying current with industry trends and destination information to offer expert advice. Fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
